Amid the 2020 pandemic, a native New Yorker scarred by years of incarceration paints his face and transforms into the Joker, reimagining the villain as an agent of change. As fear and unrest consume the city, he takes to the streets to confront the same system that once imprisoned him, discovering both power and peril in the persona he has created. As protests rage and his past resurfaces, he is forced to face the man behind the paint. A reckoning that could cost him his freedom.
